If you wish to attend Omega’s banquet on Saturday. eat Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup on Thursday, or attend any of the school-sponsored events, you must register and pay for these through SUNY Potsdam.
*Omega registration is required to receive swag, prizes, attend Double Axel on Wednesday, and the breakfast on Sunday. Omega registration is separate from SUNY registration.

- Save the dates! Omega’s Alumni RW is scheduled for July 9 – 13, 2025. This coincides with Reunion Weekend For SUNY Potsdam scheduled for July 10 – 13, 2025. If you are on Facebook, feel free to join the conversation in the All Things Omega Reunion Facebook Group.
Omega RW registration is due June 21, 2025.
The theme for Omega’s RW 2025 is…

All Weekend: Townhouse Decorating. In keeping with the theme, feel free to decorate your townhouse as your favorite restaurant.
Omega Alumnae Philanthropy:
School Supply Drive
School supplies will be collected and donated to the Lawrence Avenue Elementary School. Double the impact by purchasing your donation in Potsdam. Supplies will be collected at Omega RW HQ: The Phancy Whisk – TH #TBD, up until the time of delivery on Friday morning.
When: Details —–Drop off your donations anytime at Omega RW HQ: The Phancy Whisk – TH #TBD. Loading at 9:50 AM for a 10 AM delivery time. Drivers may be needed.

Omega’s tradition of starting reunion a day earlier than everyone else continues this year.
Plan to arrive on campus early and enjoy meeting and greeting our sisters as we arrive! Nothing else quite compares!

10 AM OmegaReads Book Club, Townhouse Quad Tent

In case you missed it, OmegaReads is a book club of Omega alumni who meet via Zoom almost monthly to share moments of sisterhood and of course, discuss books. It was decided to meet in person during RW again and all are invited! Check the All Things Omega Reunion Facebook Group for the Zoom link.
Our book this year is The Women by Kristin Hannah
Join if you are able, even if you don’t get a chance to finish the book. A Zoom option will be made available for those who will not be in Potsdam who wish to join in.
Afternoon: Continue to meet & greet arrivals! Decorate your campus lodging door/window as your favorite restaurant. Shop for school supplies.
4 – 6 PM Join us for SUNY Potsdam’s Welcome Reception, Fireside Lounge, Barrington Student Union. President Suzanne Smith can’t wait to see members of the SUNY Potsdam Family. Join her and catch up with fellow alumni and friends. And sing along with Alex & Rob! Free.
6:30 – 10 PM Let’s Get Nostalgic!
PACES will be serving up some grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup as we reminisce about this tradition and more! The cost is $12 and is payable on the SUNY site here. Knowles Lobby. Cash bar. Open to sisters and their guests.
We had so much fun playing games last year, you asked to do it again, so bring your favorite games – cooking or food games especially to match the theme. Even if you don’t want to join us for dinner, please come for the company and games.

We’re going to bake/make desserts for the spaghetti and wine dinner planned for the evening (see below). Each Townhouse will choose what they make. Lois has Omega Delta Phi Greek letter cookie cutters and chocolate molds you can use if you choose.
5 – 6:30 PM What’s Cooking in Potsdam? Optional non-Omega event
All Reunion attendees are invited to join President Smith and her husband, Brett Lloyd, for Thanksgiving in July! Share some of their favorite dishes and traditions as they reflect on this past year as members of the Potsdam family. The Barrington Student Union Dining Court. $25 / person. Payable on the SUNY site.
Friday Evening: Let’s Get Eating! Spaghetti & Wine Dinner Prepared By Omega!
Many of us may remember having Spaghetti & Wine with TEP, so let’s cook up this meal Omega-style and reminisce!
Each Townhouse (TH) will have the opportunity to sign up to prepare or bring an item for the dinner. If you are staying off campus, you can choose the TH you want to join with. Open to sisters and their guests.
You will have the afternoon to prepare/acquire your item(s).
Dinner will be at 7 PM in the TH Quad Tent.
9 PM Downtown perhaps! Double Axel is playing at Maxfields (cover charge). Optional non-Omega event.

Afternoon: Feel free to head to town and enjoy the Potsdam Summer Festival with your sisters! Optional non-Omega event.
4 – 7 PM SUNY Sponsored Alumni Reunion 2025 Celebration. Silent Auction. Double Axel is playing. Location Barrington Student Union. $25 / person. Payable on the SUNY site. Optional.
6 PM Unity Ceremony, Thatcher Dining Hall SUNY Potsdam campus (sisters only).
6:30 – 9 PM Let’s Get Entertaining Omega Banquet, Thatcher Dining Hall
$30 per person. Ticket required, purchase from SUNY Potsdam’s website. Sisters, spouses, and significant others welcome.
